"Father of American Karate". He opened the first commercial karate school
in the US in Provo, Utah back in 1954. Later, establishing his second school
in Pasadena, Ca in 1956. He was influential in the lives of other popular
martial artists such as Bruce Lee, Chuck Norris, Danny Inosanto and many
